Jas did unbelievable job, fulfilled all my needs, wants, and importantly found the right home for me and my new family. He also was very supportive and understanding in finding our very first home. Thanks! I
Jas is a magnificent realtor. He's extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a our dream home that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We had a phenomenal experience having him as our realtor. We have already started recommending him to our family and friends.
Jas was extremely patient with us as first time buyers. He was very accommodating with our scheduling needs and still managed to arrange viewings for us. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely approachable. Helped us understand the pros of cons of each property and made our home buying experience quite stress free. It will be a pleasure to work with Jas again.
My experience with Jas Chahal has been commendable. His knowledge about the real estate, particularly in the Surrey area is amazing. I appreciate his efforts and time in finding me a home. He is polite and dedicated to his profession. I would be pleased to recommend him as your agent.
Jas Chahal was very punctual, he came knocking on our door when I told him we were interested in selling. He was polite and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend Jas to friends and family.
