While Hanna was unable to continue to help us find a rental home, she delegated the work to Jenny Tapia, so this feedback is mostly related to working with Jenny. Jenny was very easy to get along with, very responsive to requests for viewings, and she went of of her way to book appointments. She took us to see many properties, sometimes at very short notice, followed up with any questions we had for the vendors and ultimately helped us to find a place. In simple terms, working with Jenny was great, she's a priceless addition to your team and deserves a raise, or a promotion, or both! I would not hesitate to recommend Jenny to anyone seeking a new home, and would happily work with her again when we need to find our next place. Five stars!
