We found Hank to be both knowledgeable & prepared. He knows the Saskatoon Real Estate market and worked hard to ensure that he found us a purchaser for my parent's estate condo in a quicker than expected time frame. The purchase price actually is netting us even more than I thought we would get.
Hank was excellent and patient when finding a home for my family. He got the work done quickly when needed, and I was thrilled to work with him for my first home.
This is the second house that Hank found for us over the years. It's absolutely what we were looking for. Hank is a great realtor, always in communication with us through the whole process. It was a great experience and we love the new house.
Hank was awesome to work with. He heard our wants we gave him a price point and showed us beautiful homes. We would recommend him to anyone searching for a new home.
Hank was great ! ive had experiences with Realtors before that when its a small sale they dont seem to be too interested, but not this way with Hank. I will recommend him anytime.
