I am new to PEI and was looking to downsize. Gary was recommended to me by two of his previous clients. I knew that he would be knowledgeable and professional, but I was most impressed with his personable demeanour, his keen listening skills and his boundless patience. Indeed, it took some time , patience and skilled negotiating to find the perfect place for me, but Gary did it!
We were in our home for 47 years, knew nothing about selling in todays market and Gary advised us what he was going to do and our house sold with 3 days; as well made us more money over the amount we were asking for our home.

Gary was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. The listing agent (not Gary) was quite difficult to deal with, however, Gary made up for the listing agents shortcomings by stepping up to the plate and making sure that the entire process went smooth. Gary is knowledgeable and friendly, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase property.
Gary also provided us with lots of information including lawyer services/ home inspection/ mortgage application/ home insurance/ utility services etc.. we are happy all in safe hands.
