My family recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the help of our friend Debbie Scruggs. It was not any easy experience for us and we were all sad to sell our home. But Debbie turned a sad time into a good experience getting us all involved in the process, including my children. She spent countless hours with us and was always there to answer the many questions we had or just sit and mull over the details with us to help us come to a decision. Selling and buying was a new experience for myself and my husband and she coached us through it with great expertise and care. We had some difficult negotiations throughout the process, some family tragedy and illness and throughout everything Debbie showed compassion and caring for us as individuals not just clients.
