it was a fluke, but once I met him, I trusted him, genuine, true, knew his business, when we went to see a for sale condo. Did not purchase that condo but asked him to re-see another condo, an open house, (where I did not connect with the agent). Dan did, and was very knowledgeable, he sold me the condo and then I asked him to see my house. He came to evaluate my house, was very honest, no wishy washy, he had a plan, and he was honest to say what I needed to do to sell my house. I did ( with my crew) and we listed, and had offers.Dan knows what he is doing, My home, three offers came in 15,0000 over listing and then one much above that. He was honest, easy to understand, not intimidating, down to earth and no games, I would trust Dan 100% for another sale or purchase. He was always so easy to reach, answered all my questions, and took time to answer questions for my adult children. Dan Bouvier helped us find our new house, sold both of our old houses and also helped my son and his fiancé find a house.
