Anthony was fantastic

good call on price & how to close, knowlegable.

It was such a pleasure to work with Anthony. I was very happy that he brought his Real Estate A-Game, reliable, solid and knowledgeable to the sale of our family home. I appreciated his professional and personal handling of all matters that arose. One challenging aspect of the sales process which he managed well was, working with the personal dynamics and perspectives that came into play, as 2 different adults were jointly, and reluctantly selling a home that had been in the family for decades. Anthony was referred to us by a close friend, but he worked hard and earned my trust. From our first meeting he took care of our home and helped us get to the point of readiness to put it up for sale. As sellers living out of town, he stepped up and always communicated the status of the house, from the outside to the inside, from the need for snow removal and lawn care, to the checking that all was well indoors. It was very valuable information and gave me great comfort. He went above and beyond. Once on the market he knew the business and I felt confident we were in good hands. The sale of our house went well, sold within a week, and I was very happy with the financial results. I even felt comfortable discussing with him matters that went beyond the closing. In short, I am ‘Sold on Anthony Greco!’ and wish him all the best in all his future endeavours.

My husband and I have dealt with Anthony in the past, as have my children when purchasing their homes, so when it was time to sell my fathers home - there was no question in using Anthony! We will definitely be using Anthony in the future as we are thinking of downsizing in the Spring.

Anthony did an excellent job. This is a very difficult power of sale situation. He was professional and kind and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the future.
