Lita was phenomenal! She helped me purchase my house from literally half a world away. No matter how many houses I asked her to send me video tours of, she obliged. Luckily, after the 3rd or 4th, we found one that was acceptable, and she helped me formulate a strategy to place a winning bid in a VERY hot (for sellers) market! Her paperwork was always punctual and accurate. We closed on time and I got the house of my dreams... for now :)
