She became our advocate to get the best deal possible; she was willing to go way above and beyond to provide us guidance during a very difficult time. She always had a suggestion and solution if there were any issues and those issues were resolved very quickly. Selling a house in general is very stressful and she made the process stress free. Late last year, my husband and I decided that we wanted to purchase a home near Wilmington where our daughter and her family live. Becca helped us maneuver through the positives and negatives of owning in a new track home community. She did her research and was present at every meeting, whether it was in person or by Zoom.
