My wife and I were fortunate enough to have been introduced to Kerry while we were looking for land on which to build a house. Kerry is a very enjoyable person with whom to work, she is extremely easy going and I never felt at any point pressured to make any sort of a decision outside of the one we wanted. My we are pretty much self-hunting type people when it comes to real estate and Kerry did not appear to feel put out by that in any way. She listened to what we had to say, heard our requests and followed through with anything we asked very quickly. When we found the place we wanted, she was an active participant in every step of the way. We did not feel like anything was missed or that we were ever forgotten about by other work that she might have been doing. She is very responsive, rapidly turning around questions and getting answers. She has stayed with us through every step of the way, including even after the buying process was complete when we had additional questions. And we were very happy to have worked with Kerry and if we were insane enough to go through a move again, we would definitely reach out to her.

I recently sold my Mom’s house/ the house my brother and I literally grew up in. This was by far one of the hardest things emotionally, that I knew I had to do, but wasn’t quite ready. My mother passed away in 2019, at 59 years old from cancer. Per her wishes, we kept the house, so my brother with a TBI could continue to live in his natural environment, with my father moving in to provide his care. The time came, where I needed my brother and father closer to my husband and I (2 hours away!) to better care for them. Kerry and her husband were old neighborhood friends, and when Kerry heard of me having to sell the house she reached out immediately to me! She knew and understood that this process was SO hard emotionally as well as physically being 2 hours away. Kerry went above and beyond to help! Anytime I was stressed, she calmed me. Any time I needed help, she helped! She literally packed up her car full of donations and took them for me, so I didn’t have to take off work and drive 2 hours down the road to do it. Kerry went through every inch of the house, making sure everything was spot on! She called me after the cleaner coming in, to let me know our sink was clogged and flooding! She immediately got her handy dandy husband in there to fix the issue, so I again, didn’t stress or have to drive 2 hours down. Kerry had our property listed and did an open house. Within 24 hours of being listed, we had multiple offers!! I’ve never owned nor sold a house before (as my moms house was deeded over), so I had no idea what anything meant. Kerry was amazing at taking hours out of her day to explain to me what things meant, how things work, and what to do. She also went above and beyond with keeping me up to date and calm during the stressful selling process. She took her time to call me everyday, even when she was going through her own personal hardships during the process! If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Kerry! Especially if you are new at this, and even if your aren’t! Kerry will do her everything to help in anyway she can! She makes this so easy! And she gets it done fast! I will forever be grateful for her.
