Barbara is one of the best. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable of both the current real estate market & the entire legal real estate purchasing process, Barbara was very fair but firm when it came to negotiate the terms of our home purchase. Most of all she was extremely kind, caring, and patient

This is my second time working with Barbara and she is the perfect realtor for me. She’s kind and considerate, and she did an amazing job advocating for the parts that were most important to my partner and me. I absolutely recommend her.

Barbara did such an amazing job selling my house. She kept me informed at every step, and I think she really understood my goals. So very happy I got to work with her and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Barbara was my guardian angel in selling my mother’s house. It was a difficult and emotional time, but Barbara held my hand through every step. She set up gorgeous interior and exterior design, listened to potential buyer feedback and adjusted the house as needed (for example it needed more lighting in the evening), she helped set up maintenance appointments, and negotiated a great deal for me. She is calm, steady, creative, and incredibly warm. Barbara went the extra mile and more.

Barbara is a ROCK STAR!

I had the pleasure of working with Barbara Arredondo and Sandra Najera to sell my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The challenge wasn’t easy, but from the very beginning, we had a clear discussion about the market. They were incredibly helpful in decorating the house, making it look absolutely fantastic, and the video shoot was outstanding, really highlighting the home’s best features. Given the competitiveness of the market, they provided excellent advice on pricing the house and when it was necessary to adjust it. I truly appreciated their guidance and professionalism throughout the entire process. I only wish we had known Barbara and Sandra when we purchased the house. I’m looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Barbara Arredondo was the best! She provided me with expert guidance and worked hard to get my house sold for the right price. I would strongly recommend her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Barbara did a great job! Her knowledge and attention to detail was wonderful!

Barbara was everything we wanted and needed in a realtor. She was very professional, attentive, responsive, decisive, competent and worked fast demonstrating proficiency in all areas of the job/ work. We highly recommend her and know she'll be the first person we call when we need a good agent in the future.
