I know this type of review is unusual, but there are so many poor-quality agents out there. I feel compelled to leave a review when I work with a great agent. Laura was the buyer's agent on a house for which I was the listing agent. From the start, Laura was fantastic with communication and professionalism, and it was one of the main reasons my clients chose her client's offer over the several similar offers we received. During the purchase process, we had some issues caused by the HOA company and the lender. These were things that could potentially have killed a deal if cooler heads didn't prevail.
