Jackelyn is a great, patient and knowledgeable realtor. She was a fantastic guide to us as we were moving to the DMV area for the first time and needed help to rent our first home. She did a LOT of virtual viewings for us that gave us a great sense of the neighborhood and the properties we were reviewing. Making a decision on your home remotely can be unnerving but we felt extremely well supported by Jackelyn. Her communication was clear, her follow ups were thorough and we truly felt like we had someone who was looking out for our best interests and needs and adapting quickly as the homes available were few and our requirements very specific. We highly recommend anyone considering renting or buying in the DMV area to work with her. We know we will whenever we decide to get a new home!
