Steve was extremely professional every step of the way and communicated everything going on in the transaction. We emailed, texted and spoke via phone several times throughout the ups and downs of the deal. When there were rough spots, he remained calm and rational and reassuring when I tended to become upset. He was solid and steady the entire way even at the end when the buyer's agent made a request the day before and day of closing. Steve notified me and told me not to worry, he would handle the situation. He did and the closing went off seamlessly. I live out of state and was absent for closing and his guidance regarding movers, the title company requesting a charitable donation truck and storage proved very helpful and appreciative. My condo association also created some obstacles which he handled beautifully. I highly recommend Steve! Audrey Miller

Steve took us through the buying process and explained every detail along the way when we purchased our home.  Being fairly new the area, we looked at MANY houses as my wife and I had many different "must haves"! Steve was patient, thorough and ultimately made the deal go smoothly and that got us into a great house for a great price. Would definitely recommend him because of his skill and expertise.

A most sincere and heartfelt thank you for your help, Steve for trying to find buyer for this very complicated property. I appreciated all of your efforts that you put forth at an extremely emotional time in my life. This chapter is now closed but it was greatly softened by your sensitive attention to this challenging time.

The wisdom, experience and professional ethics you showed us during our classes made us want to choose you as our agent.  From your constant attention, hard work, and kindness we were certain that we had made the right choice.  The results speak for themselves.  You made two families very happy!! All the best to you , we will always be grateful. Sincerely, Chris and Vicki

Steve was great. He helped me mom through the whole process.

Steve Bousquet has to be one of the most positive, dedicated and talented agents out there. His insightful nature and ability to proactively engage with buyers in the sale of our place was outstanding. His negotiation skills came into play more than once, and were top notch. We would definitely recommend Steve and BH & G RE The Masiello Group in the York ME office without hesitation. Thank you Steve!
