Hello, my experience with Martha Fava was amazing from start to finish. She walked me through and explained all of the steps associated with the home-buying process and in turn, I was able to trust her knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Martha especially for anyone feeling overwhelmed in this current and competitive market.

"Extremely satisfied with Roy’s handling our purchase of 9 Bourne Ave P14/15 in Wells, Maine. There were issues with clear title and insurance as well as complications with lenders financing requirements but, Roy got us through all the issues with skill and constant communication. We closed without incident and within the time frame desired. "5/10/2022 - Gary and Lillian Thompson

I met Roy and Martha this past fall while looking for a home in Kennebunkport. Upon entering the dwelling, my wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles and a sincere ‘Hello’ welcome. They were very helpful answering my many many questions and if they did not know the answer, they got back to us very quickly with the information. We are not local to the area and they did not waste our time nor did they pressure us into anything which was refreshing. They are both extremely professional and polite. ~John
