It was late afternoon when my wife and I happen upon a home for sale, and very excited that it seemed to meet our expectations. Decided to call the agent on the sign but not too optimistic we would be able to see the home without making an appointment first. However, after speaking to Jim, he became aware we had been home hunting for quite some time while living in a camper.
