Great service Pat was right on top of things. We use her five yrs ago when we bought the condo.

Everything went very smooth, and the process was well organized and simple

We have recommended multiple couples to draw upon the experience and professionalism of Pat McMillan. Each has purchased property in Lakewood Ranch and had their purchases managed by Pat. Each has been thoroughly satisfied. We have purchased four properties , and sold three relying on Pat's expertise.

Very professional and knowledgeable. A very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend Pat to friends that might be looking to relocate.

Great experience very patient with a difficult client buying house she and Katie were great and kept me informed all the way

Excellent service, communication, and guidance.

My husband and I have sold several properties with Pat and she is by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Her vast knowledge of the Real Estate business and incredible customer service are the Best!! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Pat is very understanding and knowledgeable. She is a pleasure to work with.
