Our family had been looking for a home for a while. When we floated the idea of using a buyers agent we weren’t sure what to expect. I personally was not sold on the idea as I was pregnant and I did not want to work with someone who didn’t have an understanding of the importance of finding a family home that allowed us to live a relaxed and happy life post baby. Then we found Ciana. Ciana is someone who related to our lives and simply wanted the best for us personally. Ciana is empathetic, honest and caring and understood what we wanted not only for our home but our location. She didn’t allow us to settle because she genuinely cared for our future. Ciana challenged our ideas of what we should compromise on and every day I wake up grateful. We were torn between the South Coast and Northern Beaches and she found us a beautiful property in the Northern Beaches that has the vibe of the South Coast for our limited budget. Thank you for your caring approach in a world that is face paced and tedious. You are a breath of fresh air and have left an everlasting impact on our family.

Belinda, you have literally changed our lives.  Making the move from the home where we have lived for most of our married life (and where we have raised our children) to an entirely new region, was a daunting prospect.  We were a little unsure and apprehensive, and even though this had been our dream for some time, we started to get cold feet.  But we sought your advice.  You listened to our plans and made some very helpful suggestions – even giving us that great book on downsizing. We have said this to you many times, but we literally couldn’t have done all this without you.

Belinda, we were so lucky that we met you.  No wonder you came so highly recommended.  Your work ethic is outstanding and you made the whole process so easy. You are outstanding and likewise we will, too, be recommending you to our family and friends.  Maybe you can find us a great investment next!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you and your fabulous team for helping us not only sell our current home but also for finding us our dream home. From the moment we met you, we knew that you were just the right person to help us navigate the real estate minefield!  Your style is personable yet professional, and your extensive years of experience made us feel totally safe in your hands.  Your attitude to your work and attention to detail has impressed us throughout both the purchase and sale process. You carried through on all your promises and we felt well informed the entire time.We sold well above our expectations and, thanks to you, we were able to secure the home of our dreams (they’ll carry us out in a box!) by negotiating hard on the deal.  We can’t thank you enough.

I just wanted to send you a big thank you.  The first day you came, you greeted me with your warm smile and genuinely took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns and answer all my questions.  You regularly stayed in contact with me throughout the process and came over whenever I needed advice.  The choice to use you as my agent was an easy decision. I have sold many properties and I must say you are the best agent I have ever had.  You are not only professional, capable, efficient and a great communicator, you genuinely care about your clients and your love for the job is obvious.

The team at Maker Advisory have the most genuine and professional approach I have ever come across.  I trusted Campbell, Reece and Ciana to buy me a holiday home in an area that I was totally unfamiliar with, on the Central Coast.  They held my hand and clearly guided me through the entire process, which I found stressful and overwhelming at times, by simplifying and handling everything for me with complete calm.  I trusted Campbell's negotiation skills, and he did not disappoint.  He purchased the holiday home of my dreams, one I never thought I could afford, for below what I was expecting to pay.  I can't wait to spend summers with my family in our new beach house!  I would recommend Campbell to anyone looking to buy property on the Central Coast.
