Jill is an absolute delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend her.
Jill Dumas is the greatest ASSET to Bosshardt REALTY. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication are exemplars, demonstrates by her ability to stage a home for sale, constant responsiveness for information or concerns, and just her overall demeanor as a realty agent. She should be teaching other realtors how to relate to sellers, how to stage a home in the most saleable fashion, and always attentive to each and every customer/client she has. She juggles the plate above her head well and always does so with staid professionalism.
Jill made our home buying experience easy and fun. She was extremely patient during the search and consistently found places that fit our style. Ultimately, we found the perfect place and she made the negotiation and buying process simple and painless. Jill knows Gainesville and cares a lot about her clients welfare and happiness, not about getting a quick and easy sale.
My representatives were always on top of it, anticipating everything, and ready to help me at every turn! Very hands on type of agents. Jill told me what to expect and changed my perspective about showing my house, which put my house in a different, higher level bracket for selling and we sold it in one weekend at a higher dollar amount than expected! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, and their ability to sell:)
I can't imagine going through the home buying process with any other realtor besides Jill Dumas. As a single, first time home buyer, the process seemed incredibly daunting and overwhelming but Jill was there for me every step of the way. Before I even started looking, she met with me and taught me all the ins and outs of the process and what to expect at every step. She was quick to respond to any question I had and was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the home-buying process. She made me feel like I was her priority and really went above and beyond to make things run as smooth as possible and help me get a house that is perfect for me. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
Jill Dumas represented us for a recent purchase of a renovation/investment property in Spring Hill. Jill is incredibly knowledgeable and in tune with what is going on in Gainesville and is a go to agent for anyone looking in the downtown, duck pond, spring hill, or East gainesville areas. She is responsive, diligent, and professional and I recommend her to any homebuyer or investor.
Jill was easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. I really appreciated her helping to coordinate getting some things handled on our property when I was stuck at work and not available. Very positive experience!!!
