Great service

Provides excellent care for my eyes.

As an infant I had a serious eye injury. Fast forward 70+ years, chemo, cateract, not being able to see, etc. No one would remove cateract. But I found these opthomoligists in Paris Tx and he gave me extremely good sight.I cannot thank this center enough.I do not wear glasses anymore only for reading, close up work.

I called on a Saturday with a potential retinal emergency and Dr Khetpal suggested that I come in because of the urgency. When I arrived , he was patiently waiting, and was kind, attentive, and generous with answering all my questions. He reviewed the photocoagulation procedure that I needed step-by-step after I told him I was anxious about the procedure, and was very caring and gentle during application. Hoping no one ever needs a retina specialist, especially on an emergency basis, but if you do, I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was Dr. Khetpal!

Everyone is very professional ❤️

Everyone is very nice. There, however, they let my husband's VA authorization expire, which didn't have to happen if they had sent a re application a month before it expired, they would have just renewed. Now we got to go through all the procedure of getting a new referral. It'll take months. And now my husband's glaucoma, surgery on the other eye, is on, hold. My husband's glaucoma, on the other eye, was great. They took really good care of him. Like I saved, the authorization is the problem?

We had an excellent experience with this doctor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. He took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything clearly without rushing us. We felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. Excellent service and highly recommended!
