He was very good. He had our collective best interests at heart. He was quick to respond politely and fully to emails and he called us when needed. He was very flexible with us and with the listing. We had issues with various systems in the unit and they all required work...we even had flooding that required a suspension of showings and he still brought us a solid offer during that time--and that was the offer we accepted. He had some good sales and pricing strategies. He came to the closing and was prepared to answer any questions we might have. He did a fine job.
