Roman and Katharina were supporting me during my quest to find my dream home in South Florida. Their patience, support, and taste are second to none. They are superstar realtors that make dreams come true. They made my dream come true. Thank you so much Roman and Katharina. Working with you was absolute bliss.

Katharina has been my real estate agent for several real estate transactions throughout the years. She helped me through the buying and selling process of single-family homes and provided excellent service. Katharina resolved issues with expired permits, has in-depth knowledge of historic homes in Miami, and real estate market and trends in general. Her clients are always her top priority, and her professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Katharina to anyone looking for buying, selling, or renting real estate in the area.

Katharina provided to my son and I great support when looking for a new home. She was efficient, timely and resourceful in providing options for us. She helped us a lot to get through the paperwork and practicalities when buying a new home! I felt confident as well that we were being looked after.
