I was very fortunate to have james Lobdell as my realtor. I was going through some difficult family circumstances and James was there for me every step of the way. He was patient and encouraging. He not only showed me homes that I thought I wanted he also showed me homes that he thought I might like, and in doing that I came to realize that what I thought I wanted, wasn’t what I really needed. He was able to help me in this way because he is an exemplary real estate agent. James listened very carefully. He was very detailed oriented. He paid attention when I spoke. There were times when I would start to get anxious and he would simply listen. He demonstrated great patience and understanding with my situation. He would always say, “ don’t worry the right one is coming”, and I knew he was right. Then one day he said, “ I think this is it, I think this is the one”. And again he was right. James found for me the perfect house. So, I want to thank Realty of Maine for employing James, as he is an asset to their company and an asset to our community.
