Frank is a lifelong resident of central New Jersey who has resided in Bound Brook, Oldwick and Lebanon, and currently lives in Stewartsville. He also is very familiar with the Princeton, Montgomery and Millstone environs. His firsthand knowledge of the region makes him well-versed in area schools, neighborhoods, local towns, commuting routes and more. Known for his detail-oriented approach to every transaction, he provides patient, reliable service that always goes the extra mile. Before joining Turpin, Frank was an American Honda-certified master technician, an achievement that required rigorous education, testing and hands-on experience. His natural curiosity and interest in learning new things resulted in him obtaining a real estate license in 2019. With a passion for architecture, history and real estate development, Frank is also experienced in the complexities of the construction process, making him a valuable member of the Oldwick sales team. The part of residential real estate that most appeals to Frank is getting to know his clients and discovering the best-fit property. Working in all price ranges and home styles, he specializes in investment and farmland properties. Frank chose to join the Oldwick office for multiple reasons, he said. "Turpin's dedication to a high level of service, quality, integrity and professionalism, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the local markets, really made me want to be a part of this successful family-owned company." Married to his wife Whitney, the couple has a young daughter and a German Shepherd. Exploring new cities and places, both locally and internationally, is a favorite pastime of Frank's, whose favorite vacation was a trip to Paris. A resident of Stewartsville since 2017, he enjoys the town's friendly small-town atmosphere as well as its convenient location. If you are looking for a sales associate who is a self-motivated problem-solver, reach out to Frank. He combines a highly professional approach with client service that is honest and kind. Whether you are a buyer or seller, he is eager to help you reach your real estate goals.
