I have never worked with a more qualified agent than Theresa. She has great tenacity, is an excellent negotiator, good follow through, pays attention to details, keeps in touch and it is rare that I have to check with her, as she is “Johnny on the Spot”. She is a good communicator which helps business flow smoothly.

Theresa, Please accept this letter as my sincere appreciation for your support. You have consistently demonstrated quality and professionalism. A personal thanks!

Ms. Austin was my realtor in a very complicated and challenging transaction involving a partially complete four million-dollar home owned by a person in bankruptcy with lots of debt secured by the property. Ms Austin was able to successfully market the property dealing with the many issues that arose and somehow never gave up when other realtors probably would have done so. Ms. Austin is very organized, listens to the client and goes about doing what the client wants. On a weekly basis she gives the client up to date reports on status, has an amazing network of contacts, and has lots of common sense. I found that Ms. Austin works with attorneys very well and she is not afraid of asking questions if she doesn't know the answers. I strongly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again if the circumstances warrant.

Theresa - I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how exceptionally satisfied I was with your services for the recent listing and sale of my house. I interviewed several agents. At our initial meeting, I appreciated your professionalism and directness. You immediately identified the strong features in the house, and spoke to how you could help potential buyers see the assets of the property, unlike other agents, who focused on the negative characteristics in order to convince me that I needed their services to overcome them. When we discussed staging the property with rental furniture, you were very clear on the pros and cons, the costs involved and who would be responsible for what tasks. After deciding to list with you, I was impressed with your expertise in setting the asking price. Your objective and quantifiable techniques for analyzing the market made clear your intimate knowledge of the business of real estate, which was a critical tool in this changing market. In preparing the house to go on to the market, I appreciated your understanding of the cost implications of the improvements you suggested. It was clear throughout the process that your primary goal was to get the absolute best price you could for the property. You even invested your own time and energy both in the house and in the yard, to get them looking better than I imagined possible. As with any complex transaction, there were some difficulties along the way. In this area, the value of your services was incalculable. You met all challenges head on. You took responsibility to initiate solutions and worked quickly to resolve problems. Your unflagging energy, respect for all participants and deep professionalism made you a joy to work with. I would heartily recommend you to any potential buyers or sellers.

Theresa Austin did a magnificent job in selling our home. She gave us great, accurate, and timely advice. Theresa went far beyond expectations in helping us prepare the home for sale. She even helped meet contractors when we could not due to our busy schedules. She prepared frequent clear market analysis, and kept us up to date on the progression of the sale and showings. Theresa helped us find the right movers, and provided support and advice throughout the process, even on closing day. Her services are the best we have experienced in multiple home sales. We highly recommend Theresa Austin. In our opinion, she is the best real estate agent in Dallas.
