Ann made our home buying process feel like a breeze! This was our second home buying experience and Ann blew our first experience completely out of the water. Not only did she give us great education about the process beginning to end, she also extremely communicative and available for any questions or concerns we had. Ann has a special place in our hearts and if we ever need to sell or purchase another home in the near future, it will be with Ann!
Ann is a wonderful realtor with a great personality too!! She went above & beyond to help us sell our home. I can honestly say that I’ve met a new friend too!! Our first realtor was a nightmare & we had to fire them. My friend, Mandy Shelton, gave me Ann’s card. Sooo glad she did!! My husband & I highly recommend Ann❣️
Very professional and patient helping me and my partner find the house that was just right for us so blessed to have worked with her would recommend to any of my peers who are looking to buy a house.
Ann was wonderful to work with! She worked hard to find out what we were looking for and show us properties that fit our wants and needs and budget. She was patient as we looked at many properties. She went to bat for us to buy the property we wanted for a price we could a afford in a seller’s market! We will be doing business with her again!
Ann is committed to her clients 100%! She is a very compassionate person, who truly cares about all parties involved when buying or selling a home!
As our realtor, she kept the process moving forward in a timely manner and made sure we were well informed throughout the entire duration. She provided valuable insights and supported us in every decision made.
Ann went above and beyond to help us find the right house in a crazy housing market. Houses were selling so quickly and at record prices that we had to look at a lot of homes before we found the right home and the right price. Ann remained so easy to work with and eager to help us during the entire process. She wouldn’t let us get discouraged. Ann helped us find the right home and close the deal. We not only gained a wonderful realtor but also a good friend in the process. I highly recommend Ann Carinci to anyone looking for a realtor who will go that extra mile for you.
