Michelle Driggers is truly one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. Over the years, we have bought and sold property with many agents, and once we started working with Michelle, we never wanted to use anyone else again. She is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, trustworthy, and incredibly dedicated to her clients from start to finish. One of the things I appreciate most about Michelle is her work ethic and sense of urgency. When she says she is going to handle something, she does it immediately. She makes the call right then, sends the email right then, and follows through without letting things sit on a to-do list for days. In today’s world, that level of responsiveness is rare, and it makes an enormous difference during a real estate transaction. Most recently, she helped our family through the purchase of my youngest son’s first home in Columbia, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Michelle has a unique ability to combine professionalism with genuine care for the people she represents. She treats every transaction like it matters personally to her, and that level of commitment is rare. Beyond being an excellent realtor, Michelle is simply a wonderful person. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Mrs. Driggers was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. From teaching me math in 6th grade all the way to helping me purchase my first home, she has always been supportive, knowledgeable, and dependable. She made the process much less stressful by always being available to answer questions and guide me every step of the way. It was really special to have someone who has played such an important role in my life also help me reach such a major milestone. I truly appreciate all of her hard work, patience, and dedication. From the moment we met Michelle, we knew she was the realtor for us. Michelle is warm, welcoming, and someone you feel an instant connection to. Additional to the afore mentioned attributes, Michelle's positive and friendly energy gave us space to feel like we could communicate with her as though she was someone we have known for years. We never, not once, felt like we could not ask real questions without hesitation or judgement and never felt we could not respond to anything with absolute honesty. Michelle is natural in her ability to demonstrate knowledge and intellect in her work as a realtor, as well as about the community at large, while being real, in that she made it fun and unique, because she is a fun, unique, and highly knowledgeable professional. The day we met Michelle we had traveled for two and half days, so we were tired and road weary. Michelle innately understood that and without any big discussions about it, managed to keep it easy and well paced so that we did not feel overwhelmed and unable to explore and ask questions while still moving along through the homes tour in a timely manner. The second home we viewed was the one, my partner and I both knew it immediately. We continued to tour the remaining homes, all wonderful homes by the way, but knew what we hoped the end result to be. Within about 24 hours we had submitted a bid, had bid accepted, and from there it was a smooth path of open communication and updates regarding the home purchase. Within a few days we had a home. Everything in-between that time and the time in which final papers were signed was smooth and easy. I said that this had to be the easiest home search (from another state mind you) and home purchase in recent history, haha. While I do not know if that is factually true, I do know that in our experiences with realtors, Michelle was and is the top of the line. Everything from first contact was top notch professionalism, up to and including communication, knowledge, friendliness, kindness, helpfulness, sharing "must see" and "must try' spots around the state to help us get integrated not just to our immediate community but to the surrounding communities as well. Michelle is a woman with passion for her work and for her community as well as for families and meeting families needs through real-estate. She is someone so natural you naturally want to be friends with her. We can never express enough how positive and easy our experience was with Michelle and the whole Carolina One Real Estate Team! Michelle was great! She had my property sold and closed before I knew it. She went out of her way to talk to prospective buyers and had a great deal for me…I would recommend her to take on any sale you might have…she takes it from the beginning to closing with ease. We love dealing with her!!

As a first time home buyer, I was nervous, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, and I had so many questions. Michelle was very accommodating and incredibly patient. She is a great communicator and highly knowledgeable of the area. She is very reliable and professional. She remained energetic, optimistic, and enthusiastic throughout the process even when I was faltering a bit.
