Well I’m not sure what to say because I didn’t even talk to Melissa on the phone I dealt with Bonnie Gittimeire. Melissa sent me forms in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Bonnie took care of staging an open house she was available to me 24 seven if I had any questions which was nice because I was out of state.
We had a buyer before the house was on the market. Melissa helped us with all the paperwork and items needed to complete the sale. She did an excellent job and was very helpful with questions that came up. Melissa also answered the buyers questions. She made this process so simple.
Melissa has worked with my daughter and son in law on buying and selling property and did a great job. Her and her team are outstanding and very aware of our want and needs. Could not have asked for anyone better.
