Zach did an awesome job helping us sell our house! Even before we went on the market, he helped guide us towards what projects would be beneficial to finish and which ones wouldn’t be worth our time. He helped plan the photos, and wrote a great listing description that attracted a lot of interest. We ended up with 80+ showings and 20+ offers in the first weekend! We also got $30k+ over asking, which was incredible! The closing process was very smooth as well. We were able to sign our paperwork a few days before, which was very convenient. We’re looking forward to hopefully finding another house soon!
Zach was incredible! He got me my dream home and kept everything moving while I was out of the country! I love Zach and would definitely recommend him to friends!
