Everything went very well. Marlene was on her game, kept us informed, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Looking forward to working with her to purchase a new home.
Jennifer Blalock was my agent and she did an outstanding job. She was very professional with the listing, the open houses, follow up with showing agents, working with the buyer's agent and working with the closing attorney to make sure everything went smoothly.
Marlene was a joy to work with. She guided us thru buying our first house and gladly sat down and took the time to answer many questions or concerns that we had. I would recommend her to anyone.
Marlene Coleman went out of her way to help us. Also I apologize because I’m not sure if Jennifer was her name but she was great too. Marlene was helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend her and Carolina realty
I found Marlene to be delightful, professional, detailed, friendly and compassionate. I recently loss my mom and Marlene made this experience bearable.
