Susan was absolutely amazing to work with during the search for a new house. In an extremely competitive market she was able to get us in to see houses very quickly and did a thorough job of explaining area comps, resale potential, additional work that may be needed post move in and explaining offer/counter offer options. She will definitely be the realtor we choose when we move again!

Sue was amazing in helping to guide me in the process of buying my first house! She explained every step thoroughly, was very responsive, and knowledgeable. I am grateful that I had her on my team during this huge life decision.

From explaining what to look for when searching for a house, to laying out plans for how to take care of the home after it’s purchased, she prepared and guided me throughout the process. She made the home-buying journey enjoyable, even in this crazy market, and she worked hard to ensure I made wise, informed choices every step of the way. Susan is a phenomenal realtor!
