Penny Cook was GREAT! She was very attentive, listening to all of my want/needs when looking for my first home. She was very diligent and went above and beyond.
Penny's professionalism and guidance through our downsizing process was essential to achieving our goal. Penny's ability to assist in addressing and resolving issues throughout the process was extremely helpful and key to successfully closing both our sale and purchase needs.
We would certainly recommend Penny and Briggs Freeman Sotheby's to our friend, family and colleagues for future needs.
This is the third property we've worked with Penny on and as to par, the level of service, professionalism and guidance through the process was very beneficial to a success transaction.
I can’t possibly say enough about how wonderful Penny was to work with and to trust with the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one. She made every step in the process easy for me and I could relax knowing that she had my best interest as her priority.
She made me feel like her only client and I know she has many.
Penny went above and beyond to support me throughout the process of purchasing my first home, I can't imagine working with anyone else! She helped me narrow down my criteria, ask the right questions while searching, and ensure that I was set up for the future phases of my new home. Penny is so kind and thoughtful, I am so thankful for all of her help!
Working with Penny Cook was the best. You feel she is there for you 24 hours a day. Always there for me, patient, honest, attentive and responsive to my needs and requests.
The world would be a better place with more Penny Cooks.

It was a pleasure working with Penny especially in a tough housing market. We didn't know what to expect but we made a plan, stuck with it, and it worked out. Thank you!
