Pat and the realty were amazing through the entire process. She went above and beyond on several occasions. This is my third time enlisting Pat for a buy/sell, and she is certainly an asset to Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s.
I’ve worked with Pat for both buying and selling and she is fantastic to work with. She has not only superior marketing skills for selling but she also listens to my wants and needs in both selling as well as buying. She’s a superstar in explaining and handling all the paperwork involved in these processes. Highly recommend Pat.
My agent, Pat Safian, was awesome! Dedicated, experienced, hard worker with an excellent work ethic, thoughtful, patient, and thorough are just some of her attributes. She has helped me buy and sell several houses in Ft Worth and I will always go to her. I highly recommend! All services were excellent. Pat Safian is the best, hands down.
