A fellow agent consulted Pam about listings/future listings. After contacting us, she showed the house "as is" since we had not completed our touch ups. Pam was remarkable. When the contract came in, I was in New York. Pam was so easy to work with on the contract, allowing me to enjoy my vacation. In three days time, the house was shown, an incredible offer presented, and final contract DoCu signed while I was enjoying a steak at Del Frisco's. Two weeks later, we closed! We are unbelievably happy with Pam and Briggs Freeman/Sotheby's.
