Nancy is responsive, flexible and experienced. She understood and was sensitive to our unique circumstances. She came highly recommended and we also highly recommend.
Nancy Dennis at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty has been amazing at both buying our house in 2020 and selling it in 2024. My family is very thankful for Nancy's assistance in both transactions! Thank you!!
Nancy Dennis has been the real estate agent for my last five transactions covering a span of over 15 years. She is a resident of northeast Tarrant County and represents the area well. I have been very satisfied by the service provided by Nancy and Briggs Freeman Sotherby's.
Nancy was very positive and confident in choosing the price range the house would sell for. We had interviewed another agent from a different company and she wanted to list much, much lower. We found Nancy to be a hard worker and skillful in her appraoch to selling the home. We loved her energy and found ouselves feeling as confident as she did. She was a pleasure to work with and we would choose her again in buying or selling a home in the future.
