Matt Wilkerson did an amazing job! The only reason we got this house is he looked into the contingency of a contract on the home and found an opportunity to put in a back up offer. Most of the time you see listings as being contingent and move on assuming you missed out. Thank you Matt!

Matt’s experience and connections in marketing, staging and preparing our home to be move-in ready made our relationship and ultimate sale transaction both successful and speedy!

Matt was awesome! He took great care of us.

Matt was awesome! He did a great job with great communication.

Matt Wilkerson is the best real estate agent with whom I've ever worked. The sale of my house was performed during my emigration abroad. Matt took care of everything from arranging the repairs getting the house to market, to managing the workers, and any other small (and large) details surrounding the sale. He made it possible to accomplish everything virtually so I didn't have to fly 15 hours back to the states. He was easy to work with, polite, professional, and has a very good sense of style. I really can't thank him enough for all he did. Good job Sotherby's and good job Matt!

Our realtor kept us informed and in the know during the entire selling process, and was very transparent. We felt valued and prioritized by our realtor, and are satisfied with how the selling process went.
