I’m a first time home buyer. I had known Lauren and her husband Ross for decades but never really discussed real estate with them. Lauren is hands down the best real estate agent in DFW, if not Texas. She holds your hand through every step and goes out of her way to make sure the process of buying and selling a home is as easy and painless as possible. When she helped us buy our first home, she actively talked us out of a listing we brought to her and liked as she felt it was not well made and a high risk given the price. She easily could have taken the commission and run but she made sure we were getting a quality home. When we bought our home which was under construction, she went to paint, tile, marble etc. appointments and acted as the project manager to keep things on track. Lastly, when we sold our house, she worked around our schedule and made sure the process was as straightforward as possible to limit disruption given our children. She managed the coming and going of contractors and even let them in and out after we had moved out so we didn’t have to think about a thing. Lauren is a true gem, we wouldn’t buy or sell a home in DFW without her!
