ReyAnne Moorehead is amazing! She listened to every single thing we said, and then she remembered. We would look at a house, and she would say, not this one ~ there is no garden tub. Whenever we went into a home, she would always get out her compass and let us know which directions the rooms were facing. Those are just 2 of the ways that she would make sure that we didn't spend time in a home that wouldn't be a good fit. When we found a ready built home and had an inspection done, there was a problem with the brick. ReyAnne made sure that our earnest money was returned. When we decided to build a home, she was with us the entire time. She sat with us and made sure that we had the selections that we wanted, even going to the Design Center with us to help us navigate our choices. She recommended an inspector and came to do the final blue tape walk through in the house (she caught several things that we did not!). When we got to closing, the title officer asked if we wanted to wait for our realtor. We said, absolutely! She was with us from start to finish. ReyAnne was the ultimate professional, she was patient and kind, but did not hesitate to let us know if she felt something was off. We would recommend ReyAnne and Briggs Freeman Sotheby's to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Overall, great experience. Since buying my first home along with using Spann Group in 2019, don't regret anything. Since purchasing my first home, been on the lookout for the right investment property and over the last few years, Spann Group has been great with their response time and willing to help.
