Although she is considered among the elite in the world of real estate-in her office, her state, nationally, and internationally-Janet Moore thrives on the simple, unpretentious philosophy of living her life to give to others. Her success is rooted both in giving and the uncommon professional precision that infuses truly exceptional customer service and red-carpet treatment with a mastery of the local Tampa market and the finesse of an expert negotiator. From the moment you meet Janet, you'll sense a deep reassurance of her innate ability to steward even the most complicated transactions with the genuine and personal touch of a favorite family member. Her secret sauce, though, is her gift of communicating honestly, often, and openly in a no-pressure environment, which fosters trust and confidence across the diverse cultures she serves. The value of service runs through the very fiber of her being, started from seed by the nurturing of her grandfather. Throughout his life, he embodied the journey of a servant's heart, one worth emulating, and not a day goes by that Janet doesn't see the legacy of his impact on her path. Each new day for this true go-giver begins with helping people, and from the first exchange of pleasantries, Janet honors every new customer as if they were family. Licensed in six states with hundreds of millions of dollars in sales over her 20-year-plus real estate career, Janet believes in delivering extraordinary advantages to her customers. As part of the invitation-only REALM Global Network, Janet represents the top one percent of real estate professionals globally, where her luxury property listings can be matched with a curated, high-net-worth database of buyers and other REALM members worldwide. With its targeted match-making methodology and tightly knit network, this is a distinct advantage for her ultra-luxury clientele, including entrepreneurs, professional athletes, C-suite executives and celebrities. Janet has an impressive track record in luxury real estate, highlighted by multiple accolades. She's been consistently recognized in the Tampa Bay Business Who's Who in Luxury, held the prestigious title of Area A-lister from 2020 to 2023, and was acknowledged by Real Trends during the same period. Notably, she was the top producer at Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Clearwater office from 2020 to 2023, showcasing her exceptional performance. Additionally, as a top market share agent in the SIR Tampa Bay region and ranking in the top 1% of real estate professionals in the area, Janet's achievements underscore her dedication and expertise. An authentic heart for service is a calling, one that Janet lives out every day by supporting organizations and nonprofits in her community. She serves on the Red Cross Board of Directors and is proud to sponsor the Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Mike Evans Family Foundations and the Boys and Girls Club, including events with New York Yankees Spring Training. Janet also works with the American Cancer Society, as well as the Children's Cancer Center. Janet is originally from New York City, and its beloved intercultural tapestry is part of her story, inspiring her love for travel, the arts and theater. She is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and she has a passion for the outdoors, sailing, and cooking. At home, Janet loves spending time with her husband (a long-time professional chef and culinary consultant), their two English Bulldogs, and their two Frenchies.
