Gary Seifried has devoted his entire business career in the real estate industry to being a broker. Beginning in Ormond Beach, Florida, Gary became a top agent in the field of oceanfront and waterfront sales. Seeking a better quality of life, he relocated, along with his family, 20 years ago to Asheville, North Carolina. Initially unfamiliar with this area's vast mountain terrain, Gary decided to enter the field as a North Carolina real estate appraiser. This smart business decision enabled him to gain valuable knowledge of the Asheville market before beginning to work again as a real estate broker in 2001.With a personal philosophy to always represent each customer with the highest level of professionalism, Gary has navigated hundreds of transactions from start to finish, striving to make every customer's relocation a positive experience. In addition, his selective waterfront customers have led him to seek out the very best properties. In the mountains, these particular customers usually desire property with views. Seeing a similar niche, Gary has focused his expertise by specializing in quality residential real estate. Residents of Asheville, Gary and his wife live on several acres neighboring the Blue Ridge Parkway. They have two grown children, a son who is an actuary living in Bermuda, and a daughter, an artist in Tennessee. His personal experiences include abseiling into "middle earth" New Zealand, delivering mail by plane to the Australian Outback cattle stations, exploring the mountains driving his Porsche roadster and taking hundreds of hikes along the Mountains-to-Sea Trail with his beloved dog Lucas, who was adopted while Gary was on a holiday in Costa Rica. Gary has been a full-time broker for over 30 years, is passionate and detailed about his work while being attentive to his customers' wishes. As the great Albert Einstein once wrote, "the only source of knowledge is experience."
