Friendly, knowledgeable, competent, prompt. I couldn't ask for a better agent.,

Very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with SWF realestate. Both as a buyer and seller’s agent Catherine McAvoy does produce excellent results. She has gone far and above to complete my Old Naples transaction. I strongly recommend her for making sure everything including offers, contracts, surveys and closing will be carried out in the best way possible. Tom S.

I was very pleased with the experience of working with Catherine McAvoy as my realtor for the sale of my house. She is very knowledgeable and responsive and someone I felt comfortable working with. The process went smoothly because she communicated well and was very willing to help as needed, and guide me through the process. She always conveyed a positive and friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend her highly to others.

It was great working with Cathy. She is very knowledgeable and efficient.

Dear Premier Sotheby's International Realty Team, We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the exceptional work of Catherine McAvoy during the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. Catherine's expertise and attention to detail made the process seamless and stress-free. Throughout the entire process, Catherine was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Catherine provided us with regular updates and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her commitment to providing us with outstanding service extended beyond the purchase of our new home, as she also helped us with the sale of our previous home. Catherine's marketing strategies and hard work were exceptional, resulting in a sale at a price we were very happy with. Overall, we cannot speak highly enough of Catherine's work. She is a true professional and a credit to Premier Sotheby's International Realty. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Catherine, for your outstanding work and for making our home buying and selling experience a positive one. Sincerely, Greg and Nina Penza

Cathy was the consummate pro - expertise, guidance, follow through, approach, easy to work with - all excellent. She also has a great, relaxed style that is appreciated when making a major purchase like a home. A+. Thanks Cathy.

Cathy represented us in both the sale of our residence in Monterey and our purchase of a home in the Vineyards. Because of the nature of the market currently, the sale of our existing home was not problematic but she was instrumental in making it very convenient for us by orchestrating a 2 day open house while we were out of town. This was done with no additional showings and we had 5 offers all above asking price. In addition to that she was very helpful in assisting us with preparing the house for sale. What really impressed us more was her ability to assist us with the purchase of a replacement home. On a minutes notice we were able to see a new listing and under her guidance, able to submit a solid offer within hours that was accepted by the seller. Her expertise in knowing the market, her advise regarding property values, and her patience with showing numerous properties was exceptional. In addition, her legal background added to our confidence in her representing both the sale and purchase of properties. She truly does go “ above and beyond.”
