A sales associate with the Downtown Sarasota office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Anita Lambert has an impressive two decades of experience in real estate development, marketing/sales, custom home construction and interior design industries. Anita partnered with her husband, Premier Sotheby's International Realty broker associate Frank Lambert, to develop, build and market three boutique bayfront custom-home communities in Sarasota, as well as developing two 40-acre communities in the San Juan Mountains near Telluride, Colorado. In addition to her successes as a REALTOR®, Anita previously ran her own interior design company in Cortez, Florida and Telluride, furnishing and designing customers' projects as well as custom homes which she herself designed. Originally from Cheshire, United Kingdom, Anita has always been a globetrotter. She has triple nationality as an American, Swiss and English citizen. She is fluent in English and German, and speaks conversational French, Spanish and Italian. An expert communicator, Anita's global connections and experience afford her a skilled interaction with the world's different cultures and ethnicities.
