In the two most recent experiences (as buyer and seller) with Amanda, she was super accessible, engaged, dedicated, and always supportive. She was instrumental in the sale of my condo by partnering with my husband and I on key home improvements (some of which were completed by us, and some by her recommended home improvement specialists – e.g., decorator, electrician, etc.) Amanda’s own keen sense of style and design was an added bonus in staging our home and presenting it in the best possible light to prospective buyers -- so much so, that after seeing the extent of her improvements, I actually reconsidered selling the place! :)Overall, the experience with Amanda was extremely positive. I can’t thank her and her team enough for the hard work and effort they put forth into the sale of our home.
