Buying a house was honestly one of the most stressful and longest processes I've ever been through, but NextMortgage Company truly took care of the way. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed and unsure, but their team stayed patient, supportive, and always made sure I understood what was happening. They worked hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving and never made me feel like just another customer. Anytime I had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and helped ease a lot of the stress that comes with buying a home. In the end, they got us through the process and helped make my dream of homeownership happen. I'm incredibly thankful for their dedication, professionalism, and support throughout it all.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage company that genuinely cares about their clients. I wanna give a special thanks to Mrs. Kathy Suttles and Mrs. Brenda Spencer-Ragland. Run, don't walk to NextMortgage Company 🫡🙏🪷💐

Hi I am not sure what i what to do .don't want to spend 50,000 to fix restrooms. I want to sell as is . And go from there.

Wyatt is absolutely amazing! He helped me & my husband purchase our first home. We have never done this process before. Wyatt sat down with us and explained all the options with us. He was so helpful with all of our questions. He was just a phone call/text away the entire time. I would highly recommend Wyatt to everyone, especially if you are looking for someone that puts in 100%

Ms. Kathy has stuck by my side for over 5 years as I’ve grown and built my business and credit to get an approval. She has went above and beyond working her magic and having such patience with me, in order that I to get where we needed to be in order to buy our first home!! A dream come true for my family!! Not only that she is a just a beautiful person, friend and sister to me, always full of wisdom and always there when I need her. I recommend her for all your home buying whether first time buying, refinancing or investing she’s the one to call for sure.

It was always a pleasure working with Kathy! Easy to deal with, helpful and very knowledgeable!

Very good experience. Made the home buying process easy and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a home.

It has been great working with Wyatt as a first time buyer. I feel he was always up front and explained all the options available.

Excellent experience! The entire team was professional and made the mortgage process seamless. They provided clear guidance and worked hard to secure the best rates. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy lender!

Yes Wyatt thank you. I recently spoke to you about the rental property on Renna. For what it is worth I already have an approval from veterans united and have been working with Dan Eastgate in trying to find something . With no luck in finding anything yet I had hoped in the meantime to upgrade my rental situation and found your property to the liking. I remain open to anything if it comes up and as far as buying is concerned I don't know how that works if I have already using someone else to show me properties. Feel kind of stuck ?Thank You

This was the smoothest home buying experience I’ve ever been a part of. I can’t say enough about Kristin and her team. From start to finish she always gave me the confidence that is needed as this process can sometimes feel daunting. Great positive personality, extremely knowledgeable and professional and with so many options at her disposal to provide customers with outstanding services. Definitely will recommend and contact her in the future.
