Put the house on the market Christmas day , had an offer in just a few days. What does that tell you ???? Very efficient, some of the pictures that where taken out side , by a very nice young lady I didn't care for due to the time of yr. She did her magic and it was more appealing. Very highly recommend! She works hard to make the sale easy for you. She is prepared and has the answers and if she doesn't she will definitely find out for you. She made the sale of our house very easy. We have worked with other real estate agents before and we wished she had worked with her from the start. We were not happy with the other agents. Lindsey Ray did a fantastic job as my realtor. She came into my home prepared and gave me all the advice and recommendations that would get my house sold.
