Miffy was fantastic. We set the sales price based on recent comps in the neighborhood. After several weeks of showings but no offers I wondered if the price should be lowered. She shared that based on her many years in the business she felt the price was right but that a sale could take longer because of the market slowdown. When we received an offer it was well below list price but again Miffy relied on her years of experience and encouraged me to hold fast on the price. The buyers came back with a better offer and we closed with a price at 97% of list.

I just wanted to say that Miffy did a great job for us selling my house. She went above and beyond in many cases. She was very informative and ready to answer most any question I could come up with.
