We bought a house! Sara is amazing! She helped us find our forever home. Due to our busy lives, Sara was able to spend time with me and my husband together and individually to help us find our forever home. I would highly recommend her to help navigate you through your next home purchase.

Sara was referred to us by a friend. She has been a godsend. My mother-in-law was not well, and moving to Independent Living after losing her husband of 66 years was overwhelming. Sara took the time to get to know us both and demonstrated extraordinary kindness and care throughout the process. Sara is highly knowledgeable of the local market, and priced the home perfectly. We had the first showing 10 days before it officially went on the market, had an offer the next day for full asking price. She was always very responsive, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns. Sara is an outstanding realtor and a treasure of a human.

Words cannot express our appreciation for our realtor, Sara Garcia, Phyllis Browning Company. From start to finish, Sara was on top of everything, streamlining the often stressful process of selling. She handled every detail, was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, energetic, competent, and mindful of our every need. She customized our home sale, making us stand out from the rest. In a highly competitive, tough market, Sara designed and planned to showcase our home in a way I never dreamed possible with professional photography and an open house, which immediately got us a buyer. When she launched our property, I called my husband and asked, “Can we buy our home?” We were under contract with solid buyers in less than a week. Yes, you read that correctly. Our neighborhood boasts many desirable homes for sale. Never in my wildest dreams did I believe we’d not only sell, but be very close to our asking price, and have money in hand in such a short time. Thank you, God, for this great blessing, and thank you for sending us Sara, someone I will highly recommend and now also consider a great friend. If you want results, look no further than Sara Garcia with Phyllis Browning Company.

Sara Garcia was professional and very competent. But, more important to me, she was caring, patient, available and helpful in every way. She was committed to my getting a fair deal on my property. I absolutely trusted her and still do. I highly recommend her.

Helped in selecting the house when we didn't know where to look into. Once a house was chosen the process was easy and Sara helped us along the way in clearing questions and what papers, documents and services to look into.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Sara during my recent real estate transaction. From the very beginning, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and expertise that exceeded my expectations. Sara took the time to understand my needs and preferences, provided insightful advice, and guided me through every step of the process with great care. She was always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide regular updates, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to Sara's hard work and commitment, I was able to find the perfect property that met all my requirements. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate professional. Sincerely, Ruben

We worked with Sara Garcia and I don't have anything but positive words to say about her work. She's been very helpful with our family since we moved here. Sara knew our needs as a family and because of that she was able to recommend the community we now live in. She helped us find the best option and she worked with us in going through the whole purchase process and making it very smooth. She knows the industry and the local market and she helped us a lot in understanding all the steps we needed to go through, asked all the questions we had and helped a lot as an intermediary between us and the construction and loan teams

We have bought and sold 7 homes. This sale went unbelievable well. Sara did so many things to help the process as we had moved out of state by the time the house went on the market. In total the home was sold and closed escrow in about 32 days. The frosting on the cake is that Sara is a sweetheart.

Sara Garcia is a professional and really follows through on every detail. We felt well represented. She understood our goals and our dreams.
