Sumrall Real Estate Group was a great experience for my wife and I. We had a bit of a unique experience. I was deployed with the USAF while wanting to sell my home. It was very hard for me to communicate back and forth. Sumrall real estate was very accomidating and helpful. They got us well over asking price while selling our home. They handled everything while i was gone. If you want a bulldog and somebuddy who will work there tail off for you! This is the real estate agent for you! I will never use anyone else. A true advicate for there client's.

Working with Oliver Sumrall was great! He was point on and very clear about what was going, what we needed to do and what our choices were. He made the experience for us very simple and effective. The photographer that took the pictures was awesome. Putting the house on the market and closing was exactly two weeks. We could not have asked for it to go any smoother. He definitely gets ' Two-Thumbs Up '

Oliver was very professional and was very responsive. He met with my husband and I and discussed all the details of the selling process. He gave precise calculations on the market value and funds that could be expected at closing. We highly recommend for buying or selling your home.

Oliver is a tremendous real estate agent. He helped me sell and buy a home. During the first conversation we had about selling my home, he asked "what is your primary goal in selling your home?" A simple question, but we'd used a real estate agent in the past in an attempt to sell this home, but we were unsuccessful despite 30+ showings in 45 days. My response to Oliver's question, was "I want to sell my home for the most amount of money, with as few showings as possible, with the least amount of renovations." Oliver has many connections, and effectively acted as our general contractor for all the renovations. He coordinated exterior paint, new flooring and carpet, and granite countertops. I priced these items out personally, and with Oliver's connections these renovations were completed for a fraction of the cost. When we listed the home, the first person to see our home put in an offer, which was within the first 12 hours of listing. We received 4 additional offers that day, and ultimately sold the house for above asking price. He surpassed all expectations for the selling process. During the buying process, Oliver was extremely flexible to take us to showings and extremely knowledgeable of the area. He showed us several houses with very little notice, and truly understood exactly what we were looking for. We ultimately ended up in an amazing house which again was a great process with Oliver. I would highly recommend Oliver Sumrall to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Oliver and Audrey are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful regarding the real estate process. It was daunting for my wife and I to go through the renovation, sale and then purchasing process but they made it as stress free as possible and delivered on everything. We highly recommend them and have no doubts that they will provide great information and more importantly deliver great results.

We absolutely had an amazing experience working with Oliver! This was our first time buying a home and we knew very little about the process, and Oliver was so helpful and patient and had an answer for just about everything! The more time we spent with him, the more we learned and we so appreciate everything he did for us. He explained everything along the way and is very knowledgeable about remodeling and construction, which was invaluable to us and really helpful in viewing houses! He was able to point things out to us that we never would have thought of or noticed and he helped us stay realistic and practical in choosing our home. We cannot say enough good things and highly recommend him!

I would highly recommend Oliver to anyone. He went above and beyond. We had a great experience selling our home with him. We not only have a awesome real estate agent now but also a great friend.
