Theresa is an beyond an excellent real estate agent! She made the process of selling much easier! She went beyond what's expected and made selling our home/condo and purchasing a new home much easier and less stressful! She's so amazing!

My husband and I have always bought and sold real estate by owner feeling that there was not a need for a realtor. Our feelings have certainly changed after working with Theresa Grube! She was extremely tireless, patient, knowledgeable, and always had a smile with what ever turn our ideas took us. (Which were many). Everyone she recommended to us made our transition smooth and easy. We always felt comfortable that when we asked her a question she was forthcoming with her answers and they were to benefit us. We so value the time she invested in us. Bill and Rosanne Z.

Theresa was absolutely amazing. She not only found me my dream home on my first day in FL house hunting. She had to deal with perfection with my banker to get them over the "bump". Theresa is super and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. Thank you again Theresa.
