looking back over this past month, I have been amazed at the unexpected blessing of signing up through Zillow for a showing with an agent whom I had never met. I didn't exactly know how Zillow worked but I could not be more pleased that it was Vivian's turn. She was knowledgeable and patient, gave me sound advise on making an offer and had a curated list of inspectors to help me. She represented me, and I trusted her to look out for my best interests and she did. I am truly thankful for Vivian and all she did to help me purchase a little piece of paradise on the ocean.

She is honestly a good agent. If you know how to articulate the right question she will always finds an answer. She is flexible, and detail orientated. She understands markets, data, and financials. I wish all real estate agents had these tangible skills. A genuine skilled agent is what people need today. I hope to work with her again, and that more agents can behave in this manner of excellence!
